SCHEDULE SET UP
We will work with you to schedule a delivery window for our team to come out and install the tent. Depending on the size of the tent, this may take several hours, or a day at most.

GET A MAINTENANCE PLAN
Great, now you have the tent set up, but just like a car, tents have moving parts that need to be maintained for safety and the longevity of the tent. A properly maintained tent can last decades. We offer monthly maintenance plans based off of your needs. See below for more info.
Maintenance Plans:
AEG is the only company in the DMV offering full service, completely turn-key tent purchase, installation and maintenance plans. Whether you have a tent that you bought, or you want to buy a new or used tent from us, we have the expertise and the muscle to set up the tent for you. Depending on your needs, we sell frame and clearspan tents in a wide array of sizes, from 10 wides to 40+ wide tents. Once the tent is set up, we can help you determine a maintenance package to keep your tent in prime shape. We offer:
TENT SNOW REMOVAL
Our techs will come and remove snow that has accumulated on the tent top to prevent unwanted bowing and collapse.
TENT HEATING & COOLING
If the tent is set up year round, we offer climate control solutions for winter and summer.
TENT RELOCATION
We will dismantle, disassemble, remove and reinstall the tent to another location.
TENT STORAGE
When not in use, we can store the tent in our warehouse until needed.
GENERAL TENT/SITE MAINTENANCE
General site maintenance includes tightening of tent straps, ratchet straps, repositioning of ballasts, checking for leaks, holes, or obstructions, topping up ballasts, aligning legs.
TENT CLEANING
Removal of general dirt and dust buildup on tent walls and tops.
Case Study: East Potomac Park Golf Course
The Need: A cost efficient tent to monetize an outdoor patio that was being unused.
East Potomac Park Golf Course was in need of a tenting solution in order to maximize their outdoor picnic area in front of the clubhouse. The newly tented area would be used for fundraising events, corporate gatherings, picnics, weddings and more. The golf course needed a tent that was not only study, versatile, but also economical.
The Problem:
No tent storage space on site and no tent set up expertise.
The golf course did not have a shed or any storage area to keep the tent when not in use. Furthermore, the golf course needed a tenting partner that could provide proper installation and breakdown of the tent as needed.

AEG provided East Potomac Park Golf Course with a new 40×60 Frame Tent, complete with freight and installation as well as an event maintenance plan. During event season, AEG brought out the 40×60 tent and installed it on the golf course as needed by the client. After the event season, AEG broke down the tent and stored it in the warehouse until the next year.
